Borinqueneers MC Motorcycle Club

The Borinqueneers MC Motorcycle Club ride to honor the contributions, achievements, and struggles of the only Hispanic segregated unit in United States military history. The 65th Infantry Regiment, with its long and honorable tradition, has been distinguished since its inception as a volunteer regiment in 1899. Their original name was Porto Rico Regiment, but quickly adapted the name Borinqueneers. The soldiers of the 65TH infantry proved themselves to be fierce warriors and were nicknamed the BORINQUENEERS. The noble service of the 65TH Infantry Regiment is illustrated in its regiment is illustrated in its regimental motto "HONOR AND FIDELITY". We honor them by wearing their motto on our lower insignia with our state name just below.
